Laughing Yoga !!!

12 ladies joined us for the January event - Laughing Yoga!

As you can see we were in fits of laughter from beginning to end!

down on the farm greeting the chickens!

meeting up with the mama goat!

and of course rubbing laughter cream on oneself, anytime, anywhere!!

Shirley won a wonderful prize - give voucher from Footsi - well done.

We all enjoyed a delicious meal at LesVos.

As you can see, we had great fun amongst friends while learning a new craft.
