Air Balloon Trip - 18th March

What a trip! Some of us were lucky enough to take a trip in the Absa Balloon at Monte Casina!

.... and what a wonderful experience....

We had some new faces join us .... so welcome, we hope you had a great evening!

The wind was blowing quite strongly and they had to do a test run before letting us go up.

Champagne to calm the nerves!

There were 5 of us who were lucky enough to go up.

"Hold on tight for take off"

Room with a view.

We were not up long - probably 5 minutes - as the wind got really strong and there was lightning on the horizon.

It was then off to the Ocean Basket for dinner.

Delicious!

A beautiful picture - an end to a lovely evening.

February Outing - Tenpin Bowling - Carnival City

Sharon hosted February's event and we went Tenpin Bowling at Carnival City. What a blast!

Although there were only a few of us we had a wonderful time ... enjoying each other's company.

For first time bowlers, we did exceptionally well!
